    This company built me a gorgeous island counter top.. However, it came damaged. It was damaged in shipping. They made another and the second one came damaged in shipping.. Finally yet another... again damaged in shipping. These tops are heavy requiring four guys to lift.. Which means in a last min " fed ex window"on a week day I had to beg for people to come help me.. Uninstall the counter top off the island.. carry out (because they only give you 15 mins to inspect and swap).. only to carry it back in and be stuck with the original damaged top.. Super stressful. They do beautiful work.. the shipping arrangement is not good going East to West coast. I have been trying to get this settled for months so I can finally put my new island together properly. Hoping they will do the right thing .
